This week has surely been a hectic one. I have an accounting midterm coming up this Monday, and tons of homework to go along with it. However, on the bright side I did find an application that I found to be really interesting. Zite allows me to pick topics that I enjoy reading about, It then generates a bunch of stories that It believes would be of interest to me. I never thought that I would find an application that I spent more time on then Facebook or Instagram. This application has surely helped me in conversation and and in becoming more aware in regards to current events.

On another note, It was a huge let down when the Jets lost to the Eagles this Sunday. I truly believed that this season would be different then others, but the Jets may be proving otherwise. It's gonna be interesting to see the Jets take on the Miami Dolphins in the UK this weekend.

Thoughts on Blogging

I believe I had my first attempt at blogging years ago in Junior High when I created a blog focused on sports. I updated it for about a month, however, the lack of views that I received led to a decrease in motivation and thus I withdrew from updating my blog. It was difficult to receive views and feedback because I was not familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram that could have successfully promoted my site.

I look forward to starting to blog again because I think it's a great place to exhibit thoughts on any matter and to have others respond and share there ideas on the subject matter. I think blogging is a great place to exchange ideas.

Creating a blog appears to be much more complex then it had been when I originally began posting. However, the various features make blogging extremely enticing. I am looking forward to updating my blog and to see what comes of it after I become familiar with the platform. I will proceed with this blog through posting updates that occur in my life as a sophomore at Pace University.
